How To Book A Tour - Part 2

Once we are a bit more comfortable with the booking process and the workflow it’s time to set up a longer tour, perhaps cross some borders and explore the possibilities of building a team around you.

In the second part of this course we will book a two-week tour and cover topics like:

  • How to negotiate the fee,

  • How to create a good workshop

  • Applying for grants,

  • Routing and logistics

  • How to deal with empty dates.

  • Promoting the concerts,

  • Working with a publicist, booking agent or a manager.

I will demystify the process of booking longer tours, show you how to create the right workflow and help you to prepare your band to start working with a team.
